Simon is a highly experienced small cap markets specialist, having run an international stock exchange.

As a FCA regulated corporate advisor Simon has secured listings of securities on a number of different exchanges as well as advised of numerous successful fund raising both public offers and private placings. Simon is currently Head of Markets at Tokenise and is responsible for overseeing and delivering the Tokenise stock exchange market offering. Simon has detailed understanding of listing procedures, corporate governance as well as clearing and settlement provisions.

Jakob is a decorated Investment banker with decades of experience in financial services. He has completed over $80bn of a wide range of corporate finance transactions.

I holds a Certified Diploma in Accountancy and Finance (C.Dip.A.F.), is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (M.C.S.I.) and have a B.Sc (Econ) from University College London (1982).

Jakob has more than 35 years of experience in Investment Banking having started his career with Samuel Montagu & Co Ltd (now HSBC Investment Banking) in 1982. From the late eighties till late nineties Jakob held several senior positions at Kleinwort Benson including Managing Director and Head of the Nordic Corporate Finance as well as Natural Resource/Forestry Sector.

Subsequently, Jakob was involved in Spark Ventures plcand alsoco-founded EO plc, an online share distribution platform. He also served as Executive Chairman of Libertas Capital Group plc from 2003 to 2009.

He is currently an advisor to several financial services- and investment firms.

Nicolene is an experienced, entrepreneurial legal professional.

Nicolene obtained her LLB degree cum laude and completed her LLM degree (dissertation) in commercial law and B-BBEE, both at the University of the Free State. She also obtained a postgraduate diploma in financial planning (CFP) at the University of Stellenbosch.

An admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Conveyancer, Notary Public, Mediator and Internationally Certified Legal Project Practitioner, Nicolene has a passion for entrepreneurship and helping decision-makers reach their most ambitious personal and business goals.

She founded SchoemanLaw Inc in 2007, aged 24, and now serve as the firm’s Managing Director.
a Legal tech enthusiast, Nicolene also has interests in various legal related businesses.

Patrice is an experienced operations manager with nearly two decades of working within various international organisations. She studied in the field of Administration and Secretarial work.

Patrice specializes in administrative technology and is responsible for educating other employees on using progressive systems and applications, including accounting software, mass communication procedures and organizational apps. She is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to ensure our operations run smoothly.

Deon is an experienced entrepreneur in the field of alternative investments.

He is a graduate from the University of South Africa (specialising in Economics) and has nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry.

Deon was an FCA regulated stockbroker and has, for many years, specialised in raising capital for companies across various sectors. He previously served at Old Mutual, Northern Trust, Barclays Global Investors and Brandon Hill Capital (formerly Fox-Davies Capital)

Presently, Deon serves as Chief Executive Officer of a niche US Oil & Gas Investment Company, a Director of a Cayman Island based placement agent and advisor to a crowdfunding platform in Switzerland. He also holds interests in renewable energy, battery technology, publishing and recruitment.

A multidimensional entrepreneur with a background in finance and technology, Selvan brings with him a wealth of experience working at and growing multinational organisations.
Educated in the UAE, UK and Australia, Selvan successfully completed the Advanced Management Program at Cambridge University.

Selvan began his career at IBM in Management Consulting in the late 1990s and then trained as a stockbroker in the early 2000s eventually launching his stock brokerage and then a derivative trading firm, both of which he sold.

An avid property investor, Selvan has been investing in properties since he was 19 years old and has a portfolio spread over the UK, Americas, Middle East and Far East.

In 2016 Selvan Saha was appointed as an advisor on investments to the State of Penang by the Government of Malaysia.
